United Sahrani is a series of islands in the Persian Gulf captured by the Iraqi forces after their takeover of Kuwait. Before the takeover the archipelago was once a flourishing tourist destination filled with picturesque beaches and towns, together with oil rigs, a large airfield and it’s placement Iraq saw it as a cherry on top of a cake. The islands were quickly fortified and manned with both National Guard and Regular Iraqi Military. It was decided by the High Command that the archipelago should not be invaded by the coalition troops due to a risk of damaging the local industry yet it should be put under heavy surveillance*. Gladly Bush did not make a statement about Homosexual WMDs being built on the island as he got hungry and forgot about it so we don’t need to worry about politics getting into this mess.

Now few days before we commence operation Desert Storm we received information about a new wave of Iraqi equipment being sent to the islands. CIA has confirmed that SCUD launchers provided by the Soviets have made their way onto the islands along with long range AA and other heavy equipment. The archipelago now poses a direct threat to our Navy and could be an issue once the main operation begins. What also makes the archipelago an interest to the coalition is the second report provided by the CIA. Sadam Hussain has made himself a residency on the islands and comes to the area often which explains why National Guard is stationed there.

You will land in the town of Arcadia frequently visited by Sudam Hussain and there move eastward until you reach the town of Corazol where you will meet up with coalition troops. Further information will be provided at the in-game briefing.

Your objectives are as follows:
-Find and neutralize a battery of 2 SCUD launchers and AA installations placed throughout the island.
-Find and capture Sudam Hussain [If possible - alive].
-Move though the south side of the island and meet with coalition troops in the town of Corazol Optional Objective [Provided at the start of the op]

*General Humdy had a mental breakdown after hearing about oil rigs being left alone on the island, he was sent to Saudi Arabia for recreational purposes.
