Operation Citadel has the aim of encirclement of the Kursk salient, it has been nearly a week since the start of the operation, and due to reinforced Soviet defence we have accomplished little. We got a word that the Northern Front has run into another series of defences and it is becoming to be increasingly bogged down, it's up to us (the Southern front) to finish the job.

You will be joining the 4th Armoured Division. Your main objective will be to capture the fort town of Szydlow which houses the Division HQ of the 6th Mechanised Corps. You will first task will be to assault the village of Tuczepy where the enemy has launched a small counterattack after the 243rd Mechanised Battalion failed to reach the city. In order to reach the city, you will need to fight your way through 2 enemy lines of defence, expect small counterattacks which will try to slow down your progress. Once you reach and capture the city set up defensive positions before the rest of the Division comes rolling though.

You will be provided with the new state of the art tanks – Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf. H and Panzerkampfwagen V Panther. Artillery and Air Support will be available although it may vary depending on the situation at the front.
