[CLOSED] Operation Flashback

The town of Al Safyrah has been surrounded by enemy rebel troops for some time now and is increasingly being shelled by mortar fire. The local security forces are struggling to defend the town. Because of the region's diplomatic ties with the US, we have been deployed to the region to begin the initial push through the enemy lines and create a corridor to deliver supplies.

Our main target is the nearby village of Nobol, which is being used as an outpost by the enemy, and the village of Slanfa, which has a mortar position. We know that the enemy is heavily protecting these positions with mechanised units, so we have also flown in a tank to support our infantry.

As soon as we have captured Nobol and defended it from counterattacks, our mission is considered complete.
