Welcome to Africa, ladies and gentlemen.
We've been sent to the UN airport on the southern island to take over the peacekeeping duties from a battalion that rotated out. The battalion that left, however, was not good at those duties, as the situation around the airport has only deteriorated over the last months. Now a local army faction has managed to secure most of the island north of the airport and has even begun shelling it occasionally with artillery fire.
As news just arrived that the peace talks in Geneva between the faction have collapsed, we have received permission to strike back.
Our primary task is to clear the islands of the enemy's presence and destroy their artillery. If we achieve these objectives quickly, a future strike to liberate the city to the west might be possible, but only after securing the islands. The time is now.
Em perigos e guerras esforçados.
